The episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai begins with Kartik naming the baby as Krish and everyone gets happy. Naksh is surprised at Kartik choosing a name suggested by Keerti for her own child and Naksh rushes to tell Keerti about the same.
Naira is shocked on seeing Kartik go ahead with another name than the one suggested by her name. She says that he should have at least informed her before but is happy with the name. Naksh is in Keerti’s room when he sees her opening her eyes. He

Kartik stops on hearing it and is in a dilemma. Kartik breaks down and cries but doesn’t tell Naira anything. Naira and Kartik go to meet Keerti. Keerti who recovers and is much better looking for the baby and asks for it.
