The episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai begins with Naira telling Siddharth that she feels that the day was very special, but she doesn’t remember anything. Kartik thinks that Naira was connected with him from her heart. Suhasini goes to the Singhania house and explains Naksh that the relationships are very sensitive and that everyone should take care of their relationships.
Suhasini lashes out at Naksh and accuses him of ruining everyone's life. Naksh tells Suhasini that he will decide Naira’s future. Manish and Akhilesh also reach the Singhania house and support Suhasini. Devyani gets involved in the argument and Naksh says that he doesn’t want to keep any relation with the Goenkas.
Naira gets an attack and feels nauseatic. Kartik takes Naira to the hospital. Naira tells Kartik that she wants something sweet as she was feeling very low. Naira feels better after having the cake, and as she collects her things from the car after Kartik drops her, she accidentally picks a gift that Kartik had bought for Naira. Suhasini, Manish and others are about to leave and they saw Naira walking towards the gate and Naksh interrupts and tells Suhasini to leave. Kirti feels disheartened to see Naksh behave rudely with them, but keeps quiet. Naira pens her thoughts in the diary, and notes down every moment spent with Siddharth.
Naira’s bag falls down and the gift falls out. She finds a bracelet and tries it. Kartik climbs and watches her from the window.
