The episode of Yeh Hai Mohabbatein begins with Mihika and Ishita trying their best to comfort the baby Aditya. Whenever Ishita takes him, he cries even more. Mihika checks baby’s temperature and says the baby has 103 degree fever. Simmi goes and changes the babies gripe water bottle with a sour juice.
Ishita and Mihika return home from the doctor and they tell everyone that baby Aditya is fine. Mrs Iyer takes care of Mihika and the baby as Bala joins them. A woman comes to meet Bala who is the mother of one of Bala's students and starts talking loudly and asks Bala to return the tutorial fees as her son has started scoring good marks because of a fortune teller Swati Shukla.

Mrs Bhalla takes the lady out and enquirers about Swati Shukla. Mrs Bhalla decides to go and meet Swati Shukla. Param watches all of this. Mrs. Bhalla meets Swati Shukla and tells her all the details about the baby. Simmi is seen paying the other lady who had informed about Swati Shukla. Swati Shukla tells Mrs Bhalla that a bad soul is troubling the baby. She indicates at Ishita and tries to instigate her against Ishita.
