The episode of Yeh Hai Mohabbatein begins with Ishita asking Neelu to give food to Mihika as she has not been taking care of herself. Ishita gets suspicious after seeing Simmi with several food packets. Simmi and Param make an excuse of visiting an orphanage. On their way, Param smiles thinking how he added poison in Ananya's food. Raman and Ishita follow them in their car. Simmi and Param reach the godown and Simmi feed parathas to Ananya. Raman and Ishita reach the location and look out for Simmi and Param.
The kidnapped girl suddenly starts vomiting because of the poison and Simmi takes her to the hospital. Raman and Ishita overhear Simmi's voice and Param blames Ishita of adding poison to his food. Simmi believes Param and shouts at Ishita. He points a gun at Ishita and Raman and asks Simmi to leave for the hospital with Ananya. After Simmi leaves, Param tells his entire plan to Ishita and Raman. He tells them the car Simmi's car has taken doesn't have fuel and so Simmi will never be able to reach the hospital to save Ananya.

He tells them that Simmi will start hating them more. Raman and Ishita request him but he doesn't listen to them. Simmi's car stops moving mid-way and she asks help from people, but no one helps. Raman manages to snatch the gun away from Param and they get into a fight and beats up Param. Ishita tells Raman to leave him as they have to help Simmi take Ananya to the hospital. Param is seen making a call to frame Raman for a fake crime.
