The episode of Yeh Hai Mohabbatein begins with the family asking Raman and Ishita about the baby. Raman gets a call from the police station and he takes Ishita along. The police inform them that they found the details of Raghav and how Raghav's wife told them the truth.

Raghav reache Tanya's house and makes her write the suicide note, but when someone arrives to return 15 lakhs to her, he becomes greedy and kills her for money. The police declare Raman as a free man. They ask if Raman has a doubt on anyone who was framing him. Raman says no and Ishita later asks what happened and why didn't he take Simmi and Param's name. He says that Simmi was his sister who was brainwashed by Param.

Both Bhallas and Iyers prepare to welcome the baby at home. Roshni and Alia bring the baby home. Roshni hands the child over to Alia making Raman and Ishita wonder. Simmi and Param get into an argument and Simmi blame Param of brainwashing her. Raman tries apologizing to Ishita for the trouble he caused to her after Aditya's death. Both Raman and Ishita decide to move on in life.
