The latest episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai begins with Naira being shocked to see Swarna lying injured on the road. She recalls the day when Swarna asked her to stay away from the family forever. Swarna's phone rings.

Naira picks it up and tells Kartik about the accident. Kartik panics and comes to the accident spot. Naira calms him down. They both take Swarna to the hospital. Meanwhile, in Udaipur, Manish and Akhilesh worry about Swarna.

Naira calls them and tells them about the accident. Everybody gets shocked. Naitik and Suhasini also arrive at the hospital. Manish asks Kartik if Swarna saw Naira and him together. Swarna wakes up and dreams of Naira snatching Kartik away and screams. The doctors come inside and check on her.

Surekha thinks that Naira was responsible for the same. Naitik hears this and gets furious. He takes Naira away and feels sad to see Naira being blamed. Kartik decides to go in and meet Swarna. As he goes in, Swarna yells at him and asks him to get out.
