The latest episode of Yeh Hai Mohabbatein begins with Santoshi making Roshni comfortable. Alia walks in with coconut water for Roshni. Roshni tries apoligising to Alia for taking Aditya away from her. Alia tells Roshni that she didn't only take away Aditya but also her Ishima from her, when she needed her to support the most.
Alia warns Roshni and says that she will take away her child and leaves. Roshni talks to her baby and says that it should be lucky to have a mother like Alia. Raman tells Ishita and Ruhi that nothing is going to change and they are just compromising for Roshni and the baby.

Simmi talks to Param and tells him that their plan is not working. Ishita tries talking to Alia and tells her that she never wanted to hurt her. Raman plans to tell Ishita that he does not want them to share the room. Ishita herself says that after everyone is asleep, she will go to another room and sleep.
Ruhi finds Ishita sleeping in the hall and goes to Raman but Roshni stops her. She says that the two will need time to adjust. Raman worries about Ishita and decides to leave the room and he walks down to the hall to sleep on the couch. Both Ruhi and Roshni notice Raman's concern for Ishita.
