The episode of Naagin 3 begins with Rehan's father accusing Maahir’s family of his son's death. Vishakha convinces Bela to kill Maahir. On the other hand, Maahir gets frustrated as all his closed ones are getting killed.

Yamini brings a raw footage of a jungle where Rehan is seen running out of fear. To know everything about the situation, Bela decides to go to the forest all by herself. Shekhar says that Bela is unlucky and that all the bad things are happening after her arrival. Maahir comes to her rescue and says that she is his wife and no one had the right to talk ill of her. Soon the family reaches the jungle and Maahir starts hunting out for Rehaan while Bela turns into a Naagin and chases Maahir to kill him. Bela tries to poison Maahir but by hearing his mother’s voice, Maahir runs to her along with Bela.

Maahir’s mother finds a shoe in the jungle and says that the shoe belongs to the murderer. The shoe falls down and Bela wears it. Maahir’s mother thinks that Bela is the murderer and gets shocked. Vishakha saves Bela and takes all the blame on herself.

Maahir finds the real the Vishakha Khanna. In the flashback, we see how Vish saves Bela by wearing the shoe. Soon at night, Bela dreams of a nightmare where Yamini scares her. In the morning, Bela talks to Vish and says that there is nothing to worry about Yamini and also reminds her of the revenge. Maahir’s mother suddenly comes to Bela's room and tells her that as a ritual, the newlyweds will have to go to their traditional temple.

Bela tells Maahir that they should go to the temple and plans a strategy to kill him.
