The episode of Yeh Hai Mohabbatein begins with Ishita getting tensed for Roshni. Roshni tries to calm her down and tells her that she understands the emotions of Bhallas. She says that she is ready to give her child to them, but Ishita tells Roshni of how it is difficult to stay without one's own child.
Alia meets Madhu and Madhu tells her that she went to the temple to pray that Roshni would come home with the baby. Alia gets upset and Param instigates more. Madhu asks Param to stay away from their family.
Madhu tries to convince Alia and Alia tells Madhu that she understands her. Shagun comes in and makes Alia taste some cookies. Shagun tells Alia about her plan of starting up a catering business and asks her to help.
Santoshi tells Madhu that Ishita is not convinced and that Raman has promised to convince Ishita. Shagun takes Pihu out for shopping. Romi takes Mihika to an orphanage to adopt a child. Mihika gets shocked.
The authorities of the orphanage tell Romi to get papers of the properties he owns. Pihu notices Roshni on the road and asks Shagun to stop her car to help her. Param comes to Mani and Shagun's house to instigate them and he is shocked to see Roshni at Shagun's house. Ishita is in the market when the Bhalla family tries to convince her and dance.
Roshni also tells Ishita to agree for the baby shower and Ishita finally agrees to it. Raman takes them all out for lunch.
