The episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai begins with Naksh rushing to the hospital. He sees everybody in tears and asks them the reason. Naitik informs him of Kirti's miscarriage. Naksh gets shattered. He looks at Naira and runs to Kirti. Both of them cry as their dreams get sabotaged.
Naksh comes out of the room and heads to meet the doctor. Naira runs to him and hugs. Naksh yells at her for taking Kirti to the academy. Naira cries as she realises that Naksh had blamed her for the unfortunate incident.
Kartik consoles Naira. The Singhanias take complete care of Kirti. Naitik talks of how he too had faced a similar situation when Akshara had faced miscarriage.
Rajshri and Devyani console Naitik. Further, Naira and Kartik get mad at the stalker as he is the sole reason for the sadness around. Naira blames herself. She overhears Suhasini saying that Naira shouldn't have taken Kirti to the academy. Naira apologises.
Swarna asks her to relax. Shubham enters in a drunken state and gets into a major argument with Manish. Kartik and Swarna try to calm the situation down. At night, Naira demands to meet Kirti at the Singhania house. Kartik takes her out of the Goenka house but the police refuse to let them go. An annoyed Naira goes inside the house.
Kabir tries seeing Naira's face but in vain. He tries going in the house but the police refuse to let him in. Kabir gets mad and blames Kartik for ruining his moments with Naira.
