The episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai begins with Naira and Kartik romancing with each other. They spend some good moments with one another. Further, Kirti comes and Kartik goes to the office. Naira gets a call from the academy asking her to come there. Naksh calls Naira and Kirti and asks them to go to the hospital for Kirti's check-up.

Kirti says that they shall go to the academy and then to the hospital. Naksh shares his tension with Naira. Kirti freshens up and both Naira and her go to the academy. On reaching there, Naira calls up her academy in charge who tells them that he hadn't called them. Naira and Kirti panic. Both of them realize that it was Naira's stalker's plan.

The police inform Naira that the man they had caught as the stalker was innocent. They try and run but the doors are locked and the lights go off. Naira tries to rush for help but in vain. Kirti feels suffocated. Naira asks her to breathe slowly. She gives Kirti a lamp for defence in case of any problem and goes to look out for help. She comes across the switchboard and she tries to switch on the lights but in vain. Kabir comes and scares Naira. She is unable to see his face because of the torchlight.

Kartik comes and Naira tells him everything. Suddenly Kirti falls down unconscious and Naira and Kartik rush to help her. They find her unconscious and take her to the hospital. Naira tells Kartik of how the stalker planned it all and how he had earlier come close to her but managed to escape. Kartik gets surprised. The doctor comes while Naksh also rushes to the hospital.
