The latest episode of Bepannah begins with Zoya holding her wedding dress and thinking about Yash's betrayal. Aditya’s father thinks how Pooja wanted to divorce his son. He blames Zoya for ruining their family name.

Noor is worried for her sister Zoya. She goes to Yash’s mother but Mahi asks her to not bother her mother. Aditya gets drunk at the club and dances with a few strangers. A girl tries to flirt with him and Aditya decides to have fun.

Zoya thinks of all that Aditya blamed her and cuts her wrist. Aditya, Noor, Mahi break the washroom door open only to find Zoya unconscious on the floor. Aditya lifts Zoya in his arms and rushes to the hospital.

Aditya tries to admit Zoya but the hospital refuses to admit her saying it is a suicide case. Noor tells Aditya that she cannot hear Zoya’s heartbeat. Aditya overhears Mahi saying something against Zoya and he holds Mahi’s arm and takes her out of the hospital.

He asks Mahi to be considerate towards Zoya but she doesn’t listen to him. Aditya stands outside Zoya’s rooms and prays for her.
