The episode of Bepannaah begins with Mahi telling Zoya to sneak out of the house without telling her mother-in-law.

Noor realises that Mahi's intentions are not right but Mahi backfires at her. Zoya sneaks out. Zoya thanks Mahi and she asks her to help in making a collage of Aditya's photos.

Aditya remembers how Pooja and his family had surprised him on his birthday last year. He dreams and suddenly gets up in anger. He feels as if he heard someone sing the birthday song for him.  Zoya worries about getting a photo of Aditya and Pooja. Aditya gets drunk as he sits on the rooftop and looks at his photos with Pooja.

Aditya's mother opens the door and sees that it is Aditya's father. She tells him that Aditya has not reached home. She tells him not to taunt Aditya as it's his birthday. She also tells him that how he has stopped caring for Aditya. Zoya wonders how to get Aditya to his own party.

Yash's mother asks Noor the whereabouts of Zoya and Mahi. She tells her that they are in office. Yash's mother and Noor then head towards the office after Yash's mother insists.

Zoya is working on the event at the office when a  drunk Aditya enters and sees her. He asks her what is she doing in his cabin. Zoya falls on Aditya while trying to hide about the party details in the laptop. Yash's mother sees it and fumes with anger. Aditya pulls Zoya towards him in front of her mother-in-law. Zoya runs behind her and tells her that what she saw was incorrect and justifies. Yash's mother calls her characterless. Zoya is hurt. Arjun calls Aditya but Noor answers it. Aditya's family gets shocked to know that he is with two girls.

 Zoya then asks Mahi and Noor to leave for home and she will wait until Arjun comes. Aditya hallucinates Zoya as Pooja and tells her to sing Happy Birthday. Zoya finds Aditya's phone and plans to take his and Pooja's photos from it. She takes all the photos from his phone. Arjun comes to receive Aditya.

Zoya and Yash's mother think about the last night's incident. They have breakfast in silence making Noor feel weird.

Aditya's father thinks about the day when Pooja had come, and he says that he knows everything. He anyhow wants Pooja's diary.
