The episode of Bepannah begins with Aditya saving Zoya from an accident. The Kapoor's blame the both of them for all the mess and call the police to arrest them on criminal charges.
Bella cries and says that this is not how she had fantasised her wedding. Zoya pleads innocence but people raise fingers against her. Police arrest Zoya and Aditya and take them to the police station. Mahi promises Zoya of rescuing her.
At the police station, Aditya continues to tease Zoya. Zoya misunderstands him and feels that the entire accident was planned by Aditya himself to seek his revenge against her. After being put behind the bars, Zoya cries and says that she won't be able to spend a night there. Aditya uses this opportunity to taunt her again. Aditya's lawyer aka his father makes sure Aditya bailed and is out of the jail.
When Arjun asks him to seek Zoya's bail too, he refuses. Aditya says this is the first time he agrees with his father on something.
Mahi stands outside the police station and lies to her mom about the traffic in order to delay Zoya's bail. Aditya asks Zoya to stop pretending to be a victim because that won't lessen her husband Yash's crime.
Zoya gets scared looking at her inmates in the jail. Zoya remembers Yash and waits for Maahi to rescue her. Aditya tells Arjun that he feels happy to see Yash's business fall.
