Mithun Chakraborty and Yogeeta Bali’s son Mahaakshay ‘Mimoh’ Chakraborty has been accused of rape by a budding Bollywood and Bhojpuri actress. We at PeepingMoon.com exclusively received the copy of the FIR wherein the actress, who is the complainant, has alleged that Mahaakshay established physical relations with her on the pretext of marriage.

In an allegation made by the victim she came in contact with Mahaakshay in April 2015 and they were in contact thereafter. The following month in 2015, she further claims that Mithun's son asked her to come to his flat for a meeting and thereafter spiked her drink and established physical relations with her. The victim further alleged that the accused raped her continuously on the false pretext of marriage for four years and was also threatened of dire consequences by Mahaakshay's mother over a phone call recently.

Following these allegations, a news agency reports that a Delhi court has ordered to register an FIR against Mithun's wife Yogeeta Bali and son Mahaakshay pressing charges of rape, cheating and causing miscarriage without consent against the two.

It is mention worthy that Mahaakshay is all set to tie the knot to yesteryear actress Sheela Sharma and filmmaker Subhash Sharma’s daughter, Madalsa Sharma. The wedding will take place next month on July 7, 2018 and will be an intimate destination affair.

Mahaakshay made his silver screen debut with Jimmy in 2008. However, the film sank at the box office and he could not make much of a mark. He has featured in a handful of films; none of them which did well at the box office. Haunted-3D, Loot, Ishqedarriyaan are some of the other films that he has been a part of. In 2013 he made his Bengali film debut in Rocky, in which he played the titular role.
