Rishi Kapoor picks a fight with Salman Khan's sister-in-law at Sonam’s reception

All that you enviously followed on social media was not all that happened at the glamorous and boisterous Sonam Kapoor-Anand Ahuja wedding reception at The Leela on Tuesday night-Wednesday morning. That was only the wild celebrations. Apparently, while Mika Singh rocked the party and proud father Anil Kapoor gave his Bollywood guests the lead by showing them his fancy dancing steps, an ugly spat was happening in one corner between Rishi Kapoor and Seema Khan. And the reason or cause for this nasty jhagada was reported to be Seema’s brother-in-law Salman Khan.

According to sources, Rishi who is known be witty and funny as well as rude and cutting when inebriated was reportedly peeved that Salman had not greeted him properly or ever acknowledged him in the past and took off on Seema about this. Why the senior actor, who’s just delivered a hit in 102 Not Out with Amitabh Bachchan, should choose to attack Seema (Sohail Khan’s wife) when Salman himself was available at the wedding reception and burning the dance floor with Shah Rukh Khan and Anil Kapoor is not known. But that’s how it went between an agitated Rishi and bewildered Seema.

After he had vented his spleen, when Seema went in search of Salman to complain, Rishi is believed to have left the happening party and headed home. Which sources say is just as well because when Salman came to know about what had happened, the Tiger in the actor came alive, and roaring with fury he looked around for Rishi who had fortunately gone.

Now Salman is reported to be hopping mad. And not just him, but the entire Khandaan of patriarch Salim Khan is aware of Rishi’s rant and is contemplating what action to take. Bollywood sources say that Rishi is notorious for throwing tantrums and creating scenes when irritable and high. But he should have known to let a sleeping Tiger lie and not pull its tail.
