Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan will have to spend another night behind bars owing to a delay in paperwork for his bail. The star kid was granted bail yesterday by Bombay High Court and today SRK’s close friend Juhi Chawla stood as surety for Aryan on a bond of Rs 1 lakh. She was clicked at the NDPS special court where she came to sign papers.
Earlier in the day, Shah Rukh had left his residence Mannat to receive his son in anticipation of his release. However, that has now gone in vain as Aryan will be released only tomorrow morning. Aryan was not released from the Arthur Road jail today where he has been lodged for the past three weeks due to delay in the paper work reaching the jail authorities.
Arthur Road Jail superintendent, Nitin Waychal said in a statement to the media, "A physical copy of the release order has to be put into the bail box outside Arthur Road Jail for the release. The jail officials wait until 5.35 pm for this. Rules will not be changed for anyone. Aryan Khan will not be released from jail today.”

The jail superintendent further added that Aryan will not be released today but will walk free tomorrow morning. The physical copy of the release order was dropped in the bail box after the stipulated time. The Bombay High Court granted bail to Aryan, with a Rs 1 lakh bond, as per the orders issued on Friday.
ryan and the two other accused have been asked not to leave Mumbai or India without the permission of the Narcotics Control Bureau investigating officer. They have been asked not to indulge in similar activities, not make any public statements about the case, attend the NCB office every Friday between 11 am - 2 pm and also go there as and when called. The court has also directed them to not influence witnesses in any manner, attempt to delay the trial and attend court on all dates in the order.
