Drunk driving has always been an issue in the metropolitan cities. And not surprisingly enough two youths were busted for driving in a drunken stupor and ramming into dozens of cars on their way. Among the many cars crashed into, comedian Johnny Lever's car was one of them.

According to eyewitnesses, the comedian tracked down the two youths and informed the police of the same. However, when the accused named their father, Johnny switched sides and was seen defending the two despite knowing that the two could be a threat to many others driving.

The incident took place in Andheri Lokhandwala Bike Road in Mumbai where the two men were driving a Ford Endeavour. In their intoxicated state, they were driving beyond the speed limit and hit a girl on an Activa who is severely injured. Losing control over the car, the two kept crashing into cars one after the other. Among the victims was Johnny Lever who managed to stop their car and lodged a complaint in Versova police station. He repeatedly requested the police to reach fast.

Before the complaint was lodged, one of the boy's father spoke to Johnny after which Johnny suddenly changed his verdict. He was seen defending the two and requested the police not to take any action against the boys.

Before the police could gather their name and address the two fled the scene, taking advantage of the situation. Unable to even stand properly, the two were excused after committing a serious crime and being a threat to innocent lives. Amidst all, it makes one wonder about the morality of responsible people, even stars such as Johnny Lever.
