Actress and activist Angelina Jolie looked spectacular for her bee-covered photo shoot with National Geographic on World Bee Day this Thursday. In order to raise awareness about the conservation of bees and their importance in the environment, the actress stood perfectly still for 18 minutes, covered in bees.
Like a classic beauty, she looked soothing and out-of-the-world, her style matching the tranquility required to keep the bees calm.
Keeping her look absolutely simple, the Maleficent actress wore a white off-shoulder Gabriela Hearst dress with dainty earrings. She kept the makeup to a bare minimum - darkened brows, a light layer of foundation, mascara, and a nude lip gloss in her arsenal. The entire look had a sense of calm wash over, like a pause from the fast-paced reality of life to take a few seconds and think about the bees.
Glorious as always, Angelina will be a stunner who continues her reign as the queen of hearts.
