The Batman villain Oswald Cobblepot aka The Penguin is getting his own moment in the sun. Warner Bros. Discovery has unveiled the first look and teaser of The Penguin, a spin-off series with Colin Farrell in the titular role. The series is directed by Matt Reeves and Craig Zobel.
The Penguin is currently in production and will run for eight episodes as the Gotham kingpin takes on the city in a power vacuum. It will stream on Max in 2024.

The Penguin also stars Cristin Milioti, Michael Zegen, Clancy Brown, Rhenzy Feliz, Michael Kelly, Shohreh Aghdashloo, Deirdre O’Connell, Carmen Ejogo, François Chau and David H. Holmes.
