Aditya Roy Kapur to make his digital debut by headlining the official remake of British miniseries The Night Manager, starts shoot

Proving us right, Aditya Roy Kapur is all geared up to enthral the audience with the ambitious project of The Night Manager remake. The actor will play the title role in the remake of the critically acclaimed British miniseries and has started shoot for the show. The spy drama was earlier supposed to be a larger-than-life OTT debut of Hrithik Roshan but the project was indefinitely put on hold after he walked out of it two months before it was supposed to get into production as he was reportedly uncomfortable with the long schedules.

Now, Aditya will be headlining the project along with Anil Kapoor. The series will premiere on Disney+Hotstar and is backed by Preity Zinta in association with Banijay Asia. Aditya, who is making his OTT debut with this show will step into the shoes of Tom Hiddleston and play the role of a luxury hotel night manager and former Indian soldier while Anil will play the role of an arms dealer masquerading as a business magnate, essayed by Hugh Laurie in the original 2016 BBC One series.
