Pam & Tommy trailer: Lily James and Sebastian Stan’s miniseries looks promising as it brings Pamela Anderson-Tommy Lee’s infamous sex-tape scandal to fore

Lily James and Sebastian Stan have already stunned fans with their transformation for their upcoming show Pam & Tommy in which they play the roles of Baywatch icon Pamela Anderson and Motley Crue frontman Tommy Lee. Now, the miniseries has unveiled a brand new trailer which shows the couple deal with their infamous sex-tape scandal that wreaked havoc in their personal lives and their relationship.

Seth Rogen stars as the couple’s disgruntled contractor who stole the sex tape and made the video from underground bootleg-VHS curiosity to full-blown global sensation when it hit the Web in 1997. The eight part miniseries explores the thin line between privacy, technology and celebrity, tracing the origins of our current Reality TV and social-media obsessed era to a stolen tape seen by millions that was just meant for an audience of just two.
