Filmmaker Vishal Bhardwaj is gearing up to take the digital route with his next project, Khufiya, chronicling a true story from the world of intelligence service in India, for which he is uniting with Tabu, Ali Fazal, Wamiqa Gabbi & Ashish Vidyarthi.
Netflix India announced the news on Twitter this morning as the page wrote, "We spy with our little eyes - a Netflix thriller directed by #VishalBharadwaj Starring @alifazal9, #Tabu, @GabbiWamiqa and @AshishVid in lead roles, #Khufiya is all set to bring us Netflix and thrills"

Vishal Bhardwaj is making his digital debut with Khufiya. Talking about the film, he had told a leading daily, “It is my first web project and I am very excited about it. Since it is based on a true event which happened in Delhi, around 70% of the film will be shot in the national capital, and the rest in the US.”
Khufiya will chronicle a true story from the world of intelligence services in India. The film is based on the espionage novel, Escape To Nowhere by Amar Bhushan.
