Netflix has released the first teaser trailer for The Harder They Fall, a star-studded Western that has Idris Elba and Regina King in the lead roles. The film stays true to the Westerns and looks damn cool. The film is a revenge drama that follows outlaw Nat Love (Jonathan Majors), as he learns that his enemy Rufus Buck (Idris Elba)- who killed his parents twenty years ago-is being released from prison.
Nat seeks revenge on Rufus and rounds up his gang to avenge his parents’ death. His gang members include his former love Zazie Beetz, Edi Gathegi, R.J. Cyler and an additional ally who turns out to be an adversary. Delroy Lindo, Danielle Deadwyler, Damon Wayans Jr. and Deon Cole and Lakeith Stanfield also star in the film.

The film is directed by debutant director Jeymes Samuel from a script he penned with Boaz Yakin. The film was produced by Shawn Carter (aka Jay-Z), James Lassiter, Lawrence Bender and Jeymes Samuel.
The film will release on Netflix and in select theatres this fall.
