After weeks of anticipation, Disney+Hotstar unveiled the trailer of Vidyut Jammwal’s and Shivaleeka Oberoi’s Khuda Haafiz today. A romantic thriller the film is said to be inspired by true events. The trailer of Khuda Haafiz promises adrenaline pumping action and daredevil stunts by Vidyut. Shot in the picturesque locales of Uzbekistan and in the by-lanes of Lucknow, the film perfectly walks the thin line between romance and action.
Khuda Haafiz is the story of a young, recently wedded couple from India who decide to go work overseas in search for better career opportunities. However, their dreams soon turn into nightmare when Shivaleeka who has gone abroad for job goes missing and it is up to her husband Vidyut to find her in a hostile foreign land.

The film also stars Annu Kapoor, Shiv Panditt and Aahana Kumra in pivotal roles. Written and directed by Faruk Kabir the film promises to be an entertaining and intriguing watch with Vidyut showcasing his exemplary martial arts skills. The film is all set to begin streaming on Disney+ Hotstar on August 14.
