After unveiling the intriguing poster and teaser of the upcoming ZEE5 web series Lalbazaar, Ajay Devgn launched the trailer on social media on Tuesday. The Bollywood superstar is a part of the thriller, not acting-wise but he is responsible for the engaging voice-over that takes the audience on an interesting ride into the world of crime. Ajay shared the 2-minute long trailer on his Instagram account.
Lalbazaar revolves around a murder in Kolkata's red-light area. The Lalbazaar police begin the hunt for the fearless criminal who is on the run. The war between good and evil is filled with unprecedented twists, revelations and thrill. "Bekhauf aur belagaam mujrim, Aur #Lalbazaar police, jo in mujrimon ko ghutno pe laayegi, #TillTheEndOfCrime Taiyaar ho aap? for #LalbazaarOnZee5 from 19th June," Ajay captioned the video. The makers of Lalbazaar assure the audience to take them on a ride that won't just explore gruesome crime but also the human side of the police squad who will hunt down the criminal, putting an end to crime.
Lalbazaar is a 10-episode series directed by Sayantan Ghosal. It features Koushik Sen, Sabyasachi Chakrabarty, Hrishitaa Bhatt, Dibyendu Bhattacharya, Subrat Dutta and many others. Lalbazaar will stream on ZEE5 from June 19.
