Netflix's upcoming film Extraction revolves around Tyler Rake (essayed by Chris Hemsworth), a fearless black market mercenary with nothing left to lose when his skills are solicited to rescue the kidnapped son of an imprisoned international crime lord. Now the trailer of the much-awaited film is finally out and we must say, it is full of action, drama, and redemption, all packaged into one never-seen-before experience.
The streaming giant launched the trailer exclusively through a YouTube Premiere on the Netflix India YouTube channel as the film. Watch it here:
In the trailer, as Tyler embarks on the most deadly extraction of his career in the murky underworld of weapons dealers and drug traffickers, an already deadly mission approaches the impossible, forever altering the lives of him and the boy. Chris' character is adept with close-combat as he flawlessly carries off car chases and shootouts. Golshifteh (About Elly) plays his close aide as the Indian and Bangladeshi drug lords battle it out. Also watch out for the Bangladeshi kid, who enacts different emotions with finesse.
An action-packed, edge-of-your-seat thriller, the film is produced by Joe Russo, Anthony Russo, Mike Larocca, Chris Hemsworth, Eric Gitter, and Peter Schwerin. Apart from Chris and Golshifteh, the film stars David Harbour, and Indian actors Priyanshu Painyulli, Randeep Hooda, Rudraksh Jaiswal and Pankaj Tripathi.
