Shah Rukh Khan who has chosen to take a break from acting after his last release Zero came a cropper at the box office has shared a cryptic teaser of Netflix’s upcoming thriller Bard of Blood. Interestingly, SRK is producing the web series under his production banner Red Chillies Entertainment. Netflix had shared a teaser yesterday where SRK was seen engrossed in a telephonic conversation about the role of an interrogator.
The new teaser which is a follow-up of the introductory video sees SRK negotiating about the interrogator role with his manager Pooja. He tells her that he is a ‘romantic hero’ and don’t want to come under pressure of a powerful agency. However, he soon finds out that he is not talking to his manager Pooja but some anonymous caller and this is yet another mysterious call. Netflix captioned the teaser as “We made @iamsrk an offer he couldn’t refuse.” Watch the teaser below.

The video ends with a title card that asks the viewers to watch out for more on August 22. Directed by Ribhu Dasgupta, Bard of Blood features Emraan Hashmi in the lead. It also stars Vineet Kumar Singh, Shobhita Dhulipala, Kirti Kulhari, and Rajit Kapoor. The series will premiere on Netflix on September 27. The seven-episode show is based on Bilal Siddiqi's bestselling book of the same name.
