Rani Mukerji recently dolled up for the celebration of Durga Puja and looked lovely in a white saree. The actress made a statement in an ivory-white drape while seeking Maa Durga’s blessings. Rani wore the 9-yard by ace fashion designer Sabyasachi Mukherjee, and she styled it with a matching sleeveless blouse.
Rani, who oozed regal charm, chose a precious pearl necklace paired with a delicate and heavy pendant, letting the sheer fabric do all the talking. She accessorized her traditional raani haar with ornate stud earrings and several bracelets. She glammed her look even more with maroon lips, kohled-rimmed eyes with a bindi. To round off the look she opted for a stylish hair bun adorned with flowers.
Rani’s stunning saree look reminded us of Deepika, who wore a similar Sabyasachi drape back in January 2020. The actress dazzled fashionistas by wearing an ornate pair of golden earrings with a saree with a golden border.
Deepika's subtle glam, which she coupled with her gorgeous drape and sequined blouse, emphasized her passion for simplicity and elegance while Rani went all out with her traditional jewellery. She also appeared with a sleek gelled-down bun.
