On June 4, 2021, actress Yami Gautam tied the knot with Uri: The Surgical Strike director Aditya Dhar. The bride looked radiant and happy in the pictures that she shared on Instagram. One of her most outstanding outfits was an orange salwar-kameez that she wore for her Mehendi ceremony.
Yami looked delightful in the silk orange suit and jhumkas that she paired with her outfit. The actress styled her hair into a plait and kept her overall ensemble simple yet elegant, with just a light red lipstick and very light makeup as her arsenal from her makeup box. What a gorgeous bride!
But what caught our attention was the similarity between Yami's Mehendi look with Deepika Padukone's Nandi pooja Sabyasachi number during her wedding in 2018. One of Deepika's favourite designers, Sabyasachi's subtle yet sweet orange Surendri kurta looked stunning on the actress.
With the kurta, she opted for a pair of white trousers. The Bajirao Mastani actress styled it with a statement dupatta and chaandbalis from Amrapali for accessories. She had kept her makeup and overall look neutral - a low bun, soft, semi-blurred liner, full lashes, and nude lipstick. Deepika married long-time beau Ranveer Singh in Lake Como, Italy back in 2018.
