Thalapathy Vijay is currently busy shooting for his upcoming film, Varisu, directed by Vamshi Paidipally. However, even before the completion of the project, another film of Vijay is in the works. At a recent media interaction, Jiiva announced that Super Good Films’ 100 production venture will see Thaalapathy Vijay headlining the film.
Today, on September 12, Jiiva met the media to promote his upcoming game show, Sarkaar. At the press conference he revealed that the 100th film of Super Good Films will feature Thalapathy Vijay in the lead. He said, “Thalapathy Vijay met RB Chaudary last week and agreed to work on the prestigious 100th production venture. I have been asking my dad to give me a role in the film. I told him that I'd be happy to do the film without getting remuneration.” Super Good Films was established by Jiiva’s father RB Chaudary.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Thalapathy Vijay’s Varisu will hit theatres on Diwali 2022 or Sankranti 2023. He will again be reuniting with director Lokesh Kanagraj for a film. It is unclear whether this film is produced by Super Good Films.
