After the successful two seasons of Dil Hi Toh Hai, Karan Kundrra and Yogita Bihani are back with season 3. The first season ended with Palak (Yogita Bihani) and Ritwik’s (Karan Kundrra) separation whereas the second season finally gave fans a sigh of relief seeing them reconcile. But their love couldn’t blossom as destiny had other plans. With season 2 ending on a ‘not so happy’ note, season 3 starts with a two-year leap after Ritwik’s and Palak’s accident.

The show begins with Ritwik slipping into coma and Palak becoming a lifeless soul. She still keeps up with her responsibilities towards the family and her daughters. On the other hand, Reeva takes the reins in her hands and tries to save whatever is left of the family business with the help of Vikrant (played by Paras Arora), the stepson of Vijaypath. Vikrant gets married to Palak for the sake of business and becomes the caretaker of her children. There comes a twist in the tale when Ritwik comes out of coma, but with a memory loss where he remembers his life before he met Palak. With everyone coping with the situation, Palak who is still in love with Ritwik but gets married to Vikrant. Will love blossom between them again? Will Ritwik’s memory of the time spent with Palak come back? What will happen to the marriage of Palak and Vikrant? Watch Ritwik and Palak battle with their feelings for one another in this third installment of Dil Hi Toh Hai.

Karan as Rithwik does complete justice to his role, his emotions are on point and the chemistry between him and Yogita is beautiful. Yogita looks charming and you will be smitten by her performance. The music is soul-stirring and goes well with the narrative.

The story and screenplay have the right amount of drama, passion, love, betrayal and twists and turns that will make you binge-watch the series. The first 10 episodes are out, the rest 20 episodes will be out in the coming weeks.
