Filmfare Middle East Achievers Night 2022 took place on Saturday at the Dubai WTC. It was a star-studded event with many Bollywood stars gracing the red carpet by dressing to their nines. The show represented some shelled-out major fashion goals as they dressed like a million bucks in their glamorous attires.
Wearing stunning suits, dresses, and sarees, the stars aced their fashion game and left us taking notes for days! From Janhvi Kapoor and Bhumi Pednekar coming straight out of a fairy tale to Ranveer Singh making a statement in a rani pink suit, here’s the list of celebs from the show who impressed the fashion police and in style.
Janhvi Kapoor
Janhvi was a sight to see in a dazzling embroidered beige figure-hugging gown from Faraz Manan, accessorized with tiny earrings, a side-parted sleek hairstyle, and killer high heels. Her outfit was elevated by a front risqué thigh-high slit, floor-sweeping train, and one-shoulder plunging neckline.
Bhumi Pednekar
Bhumi in a white Rami Kadi couture was a treat for our eyes. Styled by the one and only Rhea Kapoor, the star chose a strapless embellished gown featuring a side thigh-baring slit, a long train, and pleated additions on the front. She teamed the ensemble with feather and diamantes-adorned sheer Opera gloves, an open mane, smoky eye shadow, nude lips, and a glowing face.
Ranveer Singh
Ranveer wore an outfit in the most trendy colour of the moment, living true to his reputation as the quirky fashion king of Bollywood. Ranveer attended the event dressed in a set of rani pink silk jacket and pants with a white shirt from the Rohit Gandhi and Rahul Khanna collection. He completed the look with white loafers, a black and white coloured watch, diamond ear studs, tinted sunglasses, a backswept hairstyle, and a white bow tie.
Shehnaaz Gill
Shehnaaz channelled her inner fashionista in a black strapless gown with a plunging neck, a figure-hugging style, and a floor-sweeping train on the back. She made a classic fashion statement with her bright red lips, a choker necklace, matching earrings, statement rings, her side-parted, wavy hair, and her beautiful, glowing makeup.
Manushi Chhillar
At the award show, Manushi went for risqué in a dual-toned Laith Maalouf outfit in bright yellow and beige tones. She wore a strapless dress with a plunging neckline, a front split that exposed her legs, and a long train with a bow shape. She accessorized it with a striking necklace, edgy makeup, stiletto shoes, and pulled-back, open hair.
Tamannaah Bhatia
‘Lady in red.’ Tamannaah attended the event sporting a scarlet red embroidered gown, understated jewellery, and a side-parted, sleek hairstyle. The outfit bore a beautiful neckline and a flared skirt.
Tejasswi Prakash
In a jade green gown by John & Ananth, Tejasswi made a case for the most desirable thigh-high slit fashion statement. The outfit, which was styled by Shaleena Nathani and included thick straps, a deep sweetheart neckline, a self-belt decorated with beads to cinch the waist, a floor-sweeping frilled train connected to the back, and a figure-flattering fit. With dramatic earrings, center-parted open hair, and daring makeup choices, she created the look.
Ayushmann Khurrana
Ayushmann was seen making a fashion statement in a quirky black sparkling blazer and a white shirt underneath. He teamed the blazer with black pants, a tie, shoes, and black sunglasses.
Sharvari Wagh
Sharvari turned some heads with her not-so-OTT but chic look. She donned a light pink strappy gown which featured a plunging neckline and a long slit showing off her long legs. The gown had embroideries on the top=half of it. She took her look a level up with small earrings, hair tied in a bun and strappy heels.
