Blue-eyed boy!
“My Taimur is the most amazing looking child!” could be dismissed as the gushy praise of a loving mother. But not in the case of Taimur Ali Khan! This tot, with his potent cocktail of good looks coming down from both sides of his family, is an eye-catcher and a heart-stealer alright. And those “gorgeous sea-blue eyes which he has taken from my grandfather (Raj Kapoor),” as Kareena reminds, just about seals the deal!
Paparazzi-proof
In the constant glare of the flashbulbs, yet this baby looks comfortable and relaxed almost every single time he is papped. While it does help that Saif and Kareena decided from the start not to try and shield him from the paparazzi, this baby’s inherent cool has to be partly genetic – four generations of fame has made him immune to the constant attention!
Bhajans and Beethoven
This toddler is already developing eclectic tastes in music. Saif recently revealed, “I read to him or put on some music, or nursery rhymes. Taimur incidentally begins his day by listening to aarti… He begins his day with bhajans and ends his day by listening to Chopin and Tchaikovsky!” And just when you think that’s a tad too posh, his bratty dad adds, “Other than that, Taimur just burps and farts all day, just like me!” Boys will be boys, huh?
Style File
From crisp denim shirts and jeans, to polo T-shirts and striped trousers, to a royal kurta-pajama look just like his Nawab daddy, Taimur’s sartorial choices are followed with glee. From red Down jackets to blue gilets and on-point sneakers, this chubster sports it all. And then, which tot do you know who carries off a blue kurta custom-made by royalty’s fave Raghavendra Rathore, no less!

Vacation Wows
He is quite the traveller already. Taimur took his first international trip to Switzerland with his parents, and he has also accompanied his mother Kareena on outdoor schedules of Veere Di Wedding. The family is bringing in his birthday right now, as they holiday at Pataudi, and Bebo has already revealed she plans to take off with her darling son on a long holiday soon.
Tasting Times
Admiring the apples in his cheeks? This tot apparently loves eating mashed pear and carrot. Evidently, a health food freak like his mommy! Given his Kapoor genes, he is quite the foodie a well. As Kareena had revealed around Diwali, “He is a fan of Indian sweets. So, I am sure he would have a fun time trying the very many festive specialties.”
Values and more
Grandpa Randhir Kapoor hopes that Taimur “never gets affected by this media craze around him,” while Saif hopes his son finds his passion outside of films, and mama Kareena dreams of him becoming a cricketer like his famous paternal grandpa, the late Pataudi. The entire family is focused on giving the tot as normal an upbringing as possible. “For as long as he’s a child, we want him to have his years of innocence and grow up like any other normal kid. The rest is his destiny,” pointed out Randhir.
