After commencing their shoot in January, the Stree cast and crew finally calls it a wrap on the filming. And to celebrate the occasion, the team gathered together for a bash in the city.
Rajkummar Rao went casual in a blue shirt and white denims while Shraddha Kapoor opted for a rather cute black dress.
Rajkummar's Kai Po Che co-star Sushant Singh Rajput also joined in on the celebrations.
Also spotted at the bash were Varun Sharma with director Amar Kaushik.
According to a statement released by the film’s production house, Shraddha will play the role of a small town girl with a mystery surrounding her character. Apart from their fresh pairing, the makers have claimed that this is “unique role” and is one which the actress has not attempted before.
Stree is a horror comedy based on an urban legend set in a small village named Chanderi in Bhopal and will be backed by Maddock Films. The film is written by Raj and DK who are popularly known for movies like Shor in the City, Go Goa Gone, Happy Ending and A Gentleman.
