Renowned media personalities Shashi Ranjan and Anu Ranjan's daughter Anushka Ranjan is tying the knot with her longtime beau Aditya Seal today (November 21). The pre-wedding festivities kickstarted with Anushka's bachelorette party on November 17 followed by Mehendi on November 19. On Saturday night, the Ranjan and Seal families hosted a star-studded Sangeet ceremony in the city.
For the Sangeet ceremony, groom-to-be Aditya wore a black kurta and teamed it up with a sequinned jacket. Anushka picked up a sequinned red saree and rounded off her look with a statement choker and earrings. The couple posed for the paparazzi happily.
Alia Bhatt attended the Sangeet ceremony, sans beau Ranbir Kapoor. The actress's best friend Akansha Ranjan Kapoor is the younger sister of Anushka. Alia wore a pastel-coloured Manish Malhotra lehenga for the event. Alia made heads turn as she posed for the shutterbugs.
Anushka's close friend Krystle D'Souza looked pretty in blue. She was among the first few guests to arrive.
Bollywood divas Vaani Kapoor, Athiya Shetty and Bhumi Pednekar upped the glam at Anushka and Aditya's Sangeet ceremony.
Raveena Tandon attended Anushka and Aditya's Sangeet and looked gorgeous in a floral lehenga. Bhagyashree joined the celebration with her son Abhimanyu Dassani.
Masaba Gupta, Aly Goni and Nikhil Dwivedi posed for the cameras happily.
