Actress Sonali Bendre Behl was recently diagnosed with a "high-grade cancer" and is currently undergoing treatment in New York. She has been updating her fans and well-wishers with social media posts.
Apart from acting, the actress is also known for starting a book club for readers and it is called Sonali's book club. Before her health deteriorated, she used to keep a lot of activities and workshops at her book club. Now, in her absence, her close friends -- Sussanne Khan, Dia Mirza and Gayatri Joshi Oberoi attended an event at her book club to show their support. The trio even posed for the pictures together. Sussanne looked pretty in a white simple top and red striped pants. While Dia was seen in a red shirt and blue denim, Gayatri wore a blue ruffled shirt and cream trousers to the event.
Earlier too, on the occasion of Friendship Day on August 5, Sussanne and Gayatri paid a visit to Sonali in NYC. Well, a friend in need is a friend indeed.
