The Bachchan, Nanda and Kapoor families came together to pay tribute to Rajan Nanda, the Chairman and Managing Director of Escorts Ltd, who passed away on Tuesday, August 7. A prayer meet was held in the city where Amitabh Bachchan, Neetu Singh, Shweta Bachchan Nanda, Abhishek Bachchan, designer Sandeep Khosla among others were present. Also seen were Karisma Kapoor, Armaan Jain, and Randhir Kapoor.
Shweta, Amitabh Bachchan's daughter, is married to Nikhil Nanda, Rajan Nanda's son. Nikhil's mother is Rishi Kapoor's and Randhir Kapoor's sister, Ritu Kapoor. While Bachchan wasn't present during the final rites of Mr Nanda on Monday, August 6, his son and daughter-in-law, Abhishek and Aishwarya, made it to the funeral.
