The biggest night on television has at last arrived. The 74th annual Emmy Awards 2022 was dripping glamour and talent under the same roof. The red carpet turned gold for the evening when our favorite celebs walked in the most exquisite eveningwear from the runways of some top designers because the awards show has a history of delivering some most amazing ensembles.
From our ‘Euphoria’ star Zendaya carrying the traditional Hollywood glam on her back to Lizzo making the entire roster trail her boldness in a fiery red gown, here is how Emmy Awards 2022 fashion power curve.
Zendaya in Valentino
Zendaya walked in looking the best for the night. Oozing the timeless old Hollywood glamour with a black Valentino flowy strapless evening gown which also featured some extra cloth behind it making it look like a trail. The bow detailing in the front was a cherry on top and oh, pockets in a dress that we think should be in every dress to be comfortable while being stylish at the same time. Loved the hairdo, makeup, and a blingy necklace with a matching ring.
She looked fiery-hot in the second outfit she wore. The plunging neckline and the off-shoulder detailing enhanced the overall look. The dress also featured a trail. In a sleek bun and dewy makeup, she completely rocked the look.
Selena Gomez in Celine
Selena looked angelic in a simple and elegant halter neck ivory gown with tiny clear beads embellishment by Celine. She added colour to the outfit by pairing it up with silver-green earrings, a silver ring, and a green manicure. For the makeup, she opted for nude lips and a glowing complexion, and cat eyes. Her hair was styled in an elegant updo.
Lizzo in Giambattista Valli
Bringing the red hotness to the red carpet, Lizzo made a statement in this fit. Styled by Jason Rembert, this dress featured ruffles all over it and an endless trail. Perfect glossy makeup and a bun added more drama to this look. Accessorized the look with diamond earrings and lastly added a pair of strappy heels to it.
Sydney Sweeney in Oscar de la Renta
Posing like a queen in a dove grey backless embroidered gown with metal threadwork and a bustier train, Sydney looked incredible. Styled by Molly Dickson, her look hit the park with minimal silver rings and earrings and light makeup. She didn’t experiment with her hair and let her outfit do the talking.
Ariana DeBose in Prabal Gurung
A fairy moment on the red carpet as Ariana arrived in a Prabal Gurung customized lavender outfit styled by ZadrianandSarah. The flowy dress which also had a cut-out added so much fun to the fit which looked stunning on her. Golden bracelet, silver stud earrings, and rings for the jewellery and she finished off her look by pairing it up with shining heels.
Lily James in Versace
Not going to deny she looked smokin’ hot in this blinding brown bodycon gown from Versace. It was worth paying attention to the little details of this dress, the plunging neckline, straps, styled back, and a slit. Smokey eye makeup and glossy lips and minimal jewellery enhanced her look even more.
Hoyeon Jung in Louis Vuitton
The custom Louis Vuitton bodycon gown from the Fall 2022 collection suited her figure pretty well. She looked so pretty with her hair done nicely and her hair clip is definitely the highlight of this look. The dress also featured a long slit and she also added a pair of black heels to complete it.
Andrew Garfield in All-white
‘Spiderman’ star Andrew Garfield rocked an all-white look. With a well-groomed look, we can’t resist looking at him.
Kerry Washington in Elle Saab
Kerry showed her famous style sense once again and walked down the carpet in an absolutely stunning dress with 3-D flower details on it. The dress in the front was short and an extra cloth behind it made a trail. Her black stockings fitted perfectly. She went for glam makeup and a bun on top of it. So stunning!
Amanda Seyfried in Armani Prive
Amanda wore the sequined gown from Armani Prive which fitted like a dream on her. The gown had a fitted silhouette and net detailing at the bodice. Amanda picked precious stone gems to complement her shimmering outfit. The dewy face and sleek parted bun finished off her red-carpet look!
Reese Witherspoon in Giorgio Armani
She looked royal in a bustier gown fully embroidered with sequins and crystals. We’ll have to agree at this point that her necklace was absolutely show-stopping. The glam makeup and straight hairdo were 10 on 10.
