The makeup and perfume industry has been booming for the past decade. With stars like Rihanna and Lady Gaga dipping their toes into the world of beauty with Fenty beauty and Haus Laboratories respectively, many celebrities are joining the beauty parade. Will Harry Styles be joining them soon?
The rumour mills have been busy buzzing about the Watermelon Sugar singer being the next star to launch his own makeup and perfumes line. First reported by an international leading daily, Harry, 27, was recently named as the director of a newly registered company which promises to offer fragrance and cosmetics.

Twitter fan account @TheHarryNews discovered that a company, called Pleased As Holdings Limited, was registered with the UK Company Directory on May 25, 2021. Fans quickly noticed that Styles’ occupation is listed as “record production,” so some believe this may just be related to upcoming merch, which would hint at a new album on the way.
Harry's jump into the beauty industry doesn't come across as a surprise. The singer is well known for playfully blurring the lines of outdated gender norms in fashion and styling. He is no stranger to the 'male polish,' especially during his Fine Line album run, where he was on many red carpets and performances wearing mismatched, colorful fingertips, alongside his signature chunky “H” and “S” rings. It would be a fitting venture for him, as he embraces and encourages fluid dressing.

The Golden singer isn't new to the perfume industry. In 2019 he starred in Alessandro Michele’s fragrance campaign for Mémoire d'une Odeur, the brand’s first "inclusive, genderless, and ageless" perfume. He also has four incredibly successful perfumes from his One Direction days.
If this does come true, we cannot wait for Harry to officially become a part of the beauty and perfumes industry with a line of his own!
