Dries Van Noten's open-letter to reform the fashion calendar ha many signatories, but the petition didn't have any luxury giants in alliance yet.

"This crisis is offering us a big opportunity — and a responsibility — to rethink our entire business and to correct what is wrong, outdated or environmentally or socially damaging,”  Chloé's chief executive officer Riccardo Bellini said in an interview Monday. “Most of this problem requires collective solutions.”

An open letter was published, calling designers and labels alike to join the cause of re-evaluating the delivery, discounting and release cycles while shedding light on increasing sustainability and reducing waste. Reportedly, DVN also reached out to luxury big-shots LVMH and Kering Group, but seems like no response is received yet.
