Costume designer Arjun Bhasin who is known for his work in films Rang De Basanti, Lakshya along with Excel Entertainment projects like Dil Chahta hai, Luck By Chance, Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara, Dil Dhadakne Do and most recent, Gully Boy, has been quite an overseas sensation as well. Apart from Bollywood, Bhasin is acknowledged for his international work in films like as Life of Pi, Begin Again, Loving Jezebel, Just a Kiss, amongst others.

Adding another feather to his hat, Arjun bagged the Costume Designers Guild nomination for his impeccable work in Tom Hanks starrer, A Beautiful Day in the Neighbourhood. Our desi hearts couldn’t have been more proud!

Bhasin took it to his Instagram to share the good news and captioned it ‘OMG’ To this, the director of the nominated film, Marielle Heller replied with ‘DUH’

Contending with Bhasin, the list of other nominees includes Mitchell Travers for Hustlers, Jenny Eagan for Knives Out, Ellen Mirojnick for The Laundromat and Shiona Turini for Queen& Slim.
