One of the most favorite B-town couples, Farhan Akhtar and Shibani Dandekar Akhtar have always shelled out major couple goals with each appearance or love-filled social media post. And now, the lovebirds have taken the internet by the storm by covering Elle’s latest issue together, first time since their wedding.
Styled by Zoha Castelino and Shaeroy Chinoy, Farhan and Shibani oozed out voguish vibes on the issue cover dressed in Gucci. Shibani added dollops of sunshine with her yellow fluo-black polyamide jersey jacquard jumpsuit layered with an emerald silk duchesse peak lapel. Her look was put together with a GG slingback pump. Layers of diamond accessories added a dash of sparkle to her luxe look. Complementing his ladylove, Farhan looked every bit dapper in a floral Hawaiian shirt layered with cerulean blue cotton canvas pants and jacket.
For another issue cover, the couple looked madly in love lost in each other’s gaze. Shibani amped up the drama on the glossy cover dressed in a printed crop top, saree pants and gloves from Huemn. A dazzling pair of earrings and a striking red pout added to the glamour of her look.
For some other shots, the couple wore ensembles from Versace, Hugo Boss, Armani, Dhruv Kapoor, Kanika Goyal, to name a few.
This issue sheds light on the couple's love story and emphasizes the strong foundation of their successful romantic relationship and marriage. After dating for almost four years, the duo tied the knot earlier this year on February 19 in an intimate wedding ceremony at Farhan's farmhouse in Khandala.
