Of all her iconic looks this is the one they choose: Netizens displeased with Zendaya’s wax statue at Madame Tussauds London

Known for her impeccable body of work and ICONIC style, Gen Z sensation Zendaya has now added another feather to her cap. Joining the ranks of many acclaimed actors such as Kate Winslet, Steven Spielberg, Lady Gaga, Taylor Swift, and others, the actress is getting her very own statue at the prestigious Madame Tussauds London wax museum. Yay!

The official social media account of the wax museum gave us the first glimpse of the Emmy-winning actress lookalike wax figure. Dressed in a neon pink suit, Zendaya’s statue was completed with a neatly, side-parted bun, along with minimal ear studs and a nude pout. The statue will be unveiled at the museum, located in Baker Street, on February 11, 2022.

Undoubtedly, it’s a big achievement in itself but it seems like the fans and fashionista of the star are not happy with the choice of outfit and presentation their favourite actress has got. Many fans argued that given her sound sartorial past and a legacy of iconic looks, the museum went with something that did not do justice to her beauty. Some even called her wax statued ‘Kylie Jenner’s repurposed figure’ looking at slight similarities between those two.
