One of the most celebrated actors and a bonafide superstar, he has never shied away from experimenting with an array of content. Be it the evergreen romance or embracing a dark shade, the star tapped into almost every genre the Indian cinema has to offer. 

While in his illustrious career in the film industry, Shah Rukh is among those who gave cinematic masterpieces and set the box office on fire. Spreading his arms wide open and embracing his fans with only and only love, he never held himself back from trying different narratives. Some of them were not appreciated initially but are now a part of the list of cult classics. Kabhi Haan Kabhi Naa

Kabhi Haan Kabhi Naa can be easily categorised as one of the sweetest, heartwarming, harmless and instantly loveable films to have come from Shah Rukh's kitty. While the superstar's romantic avatars in Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge, Kuch Kuch Hota Hai, Dil To Pagal Hai, etc. were appreciated, Kabhi Haan Kabhi Naa was a rare gem which is not getting its deserved due. 

Anjaam

Though Shah Rukh won a Filmfare Award for Anjaam, the film isn't much spoken about. The anti-hero side of the superstar took prominence and is hailed as one of the classics. While we must appreciate the likes of Baazigar and Darr, we shouldn't forget Anjaam. 

Swades

It hurts to mention that Swades being a brilliant film made it to the list of Shah Rukh's underrated gems. A film that deserved all the critical and commercial success failed to ignite a spark at the box office despite getting a thumbs up from the critics and audience. Fan 

Agreed that Fan cannot be called a flawless film but it was certainly gutsy. The YRF film was way ahead of its time and after a long time, it is gradually walking toward the title of an underrated gem. 

Raees 

A typical Bollywood potboiler, Raees painted Shah Rukh with shades of grey once again. It was a no-brainer, fun and thrilling watch. There was no harm in watching the film which was packed with stellar actors.
