Golden Globes 2021: Anya Taylor-Joy to Regina King, a shot of high-octane Hollywood glamour straight from the gala

Glamour made a dramatic comeback in the form of Golden Globe Awards 2021 and our inner fashionista can’t seem to stop rejoicing. After being delayed for almost 2 months due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the 78th Golden Globe Awards was held on Sunday and took place virtually keeping in mind the COVID-19 restrictions. Giving lazy quarantine dressing a break, our Hollywood celebs ditched lousy PJs for dramatic gowns and suits paving way for a sartorial soiree to feast upon.

While some actors presented the awards in a closed studio other actor-nominees played dress-up at the comfort of their homes and made it a night to remember. Take a look at all the fashion moments from this visually pleasing virtual gala.

Anya truly emerged as a Queen in this scintillating custom Dior gown. Those Tiffany & Co. diamonds accentuated the look of her feisty plunging neckline furthermore.

Cynthia brought the drama to the red carpet with her jaw-dropping sculpted neon gown from Valentino. Those elbow-length white gloves and towering platform heels added a touch of Hollywood glam to her look.

Lilly opted for a good old Hollywood glamour in an off-shouldered Saint Laurent floral number that featured a cutesy cut on her waist.

Joining the bandwagon, Amanda brought back the good old Hollywood glam to the soiree with her peachy floral Oscar De La Renta gown. Those soft romantic curls dewy glam and studded jewels closed the look for the actress.

Elle made for a divine vision in an icy blue custom Gucci gown featuring cape sleeves and a long train. Statement danglers and subdued glam worked in the favour of her look.

GAL GADOT IN GIVENCHY

Creating a maximum impact with minimal dressing, Gal stunned in a white Givenchy number that featured a turtle neck, high-low details and sheer sleeves. Delicate studs from Tiffany & Co accentuated her modish bridal number while a striking red pout and soft curls added an oomph factor to her look.  Sometimes, less is more, isn’t it?

Kaley had a fairytale moment in her backyard dressed in a strapless and embellished Oscar De La Renta gown.

Neon and shimmers, Dan exactly knew what makes for a head-turning appearance! The Schitt’s Creek actor stole the spotlight in a popping green Valentino suit teamed up with a sequined turtleneck and statement sneaks.

KATE HUDSON IN LOUIS VUITTON

Kate opted for a custom LV corset dress for the event and needless to say, the stunner shone bright like a diamond! Those puffy off-shouldered sleeves gave an edge to her otherwise romantic outfit.
