Neena Gupta is known for her strong viewpoints and comments. Just few days back the actress commented over the financial independence that is important for all genders. Further, she referred to the word ‘feminism’ as ‘faltu’ which received mixed responses from the audience.
In a recent interview, the actress went on to clarify about her words, addressing the same she said, “What they did is that they only used that chunk from the whole interview for promotions, to create a controversy. It said that I don’t believe in ‘faltu feminism’, and after that people are fighting amongst each other. If one person is cursing me for saying that, someone else says, ‘What do you know? Watch the whole interview’. There should be a reference to what I said.”
On the work front, the actress would be next seen in comedy-drama Mast Mein Rehne Ka opposite Jackie Shroff.
