Matthew Langford Perry better known as Matthew Perry was an American-Canadian actor and is best known for his role in an American sitcom Friends in which he played the role of Chandler Bing. The actor died on October 28 and the reason behind his death reportedly has been sudden drowning as the actor was found unresponsive in the tub of his house in California. Aged 54, actor’s death came as a shock to his fans, family and colleagues.
Matthew has been described as the ‘funniest person’ by the makers of sitcom, Friends. In a joint statement they (Marta Kauffman and David Crane) said, "We will always cherish the joy, the light, the blinding intelligence he brought to every moment - not just to his work, but in life as well. He was always the funniest person in the room. More than that, he was the sweetest, with a giving and selfless heart."
Besides, his co-stars also went on to mourn the sudden demise of their colleague. As per the source quote in one of the news websites, it mentioned, “The cast is reeling from the loss of their brother, because that’s what Matty was — their brother. It’s just devastating.” Adding,“ When Matty was sick, they protected him, they looked him after him fiercely.”
Sharing the post on Instagram, Maggie Wheeler wrote, “What a loss.The world will miss you Matthew Perry . The joy you brought to so many in your too short lifetime will live on. I feel so very blessed by every creative moment we shared.”
Morgan Fairchild who played actor’s on-screen mother said, "I'm heartbroken about the untimely death of my 'son', Matthew Perry."
And Paget Brewster, who featured in the sixth series of Friends mentioned about the actor, "won't rest in peace, he's already too busy making everyone laugh up there".
Contrary his family in a statement mentioned, "Matthew brought so much joy to the world, both as an actor and a friend."
The news of the actor has been taking all over the internet and his fans are also expressing the grief about the shocking and unexpected death of the actor.
