Akshay Kumar has been basking in the critical acclaim of his two films this year, OMG 2 and Mission Raniganj. In a recent interview, the actor went on to talk about the impact of social media on children and how it has become a modern day business and a dangerous trend.

Akshay said, "Social media ek bahut bada jariya ho gaya hai jaha paise bhi milte hai. Aaj kitne log mahine ke 6-8 lakh kama rahe hai.”

When asked if young kids should cut down on their social media time, Akshay said, "Social media ek bahut bada jariya ho gaya hai jaha paise bhi milte hai. Lot of people don't even mean what they are saying, but they're just trying to kickstart conversations and get more likes." 

AK further added that there are two kinds of people out there on social media: those who speak their truth and others who are just cashing in on the game.

On the work front, Akshay has Bade Miyan Chote Miyan, Sky Force, Welcome 3, Singham Again, Soorarai Pottru remake and Hera Pheri 3 lined up for 2024.
