Raj Kundra was arrested back in July of 2021 and got the bail only in September of the same year after getting alleged into the case of producing pornographic content. 

As soon as he was released he was seen wearing a face mask whenever he made a public appearance. Addressing the same, in the recent trailer launch the businessman finally took off his face mask and shared, "I wore the mask out of pain. The media trial was painful. It was more painful than my legal trial that's going on. I don't blame you as you were doing your work. But it was so painful that I wanted to cover up. I don't want to be spotted. I don't want to get clicked."

He revealed that it was a tough time and he believed that he would be out of the jail in a few days but it took longer and he had to spend the entire 2 months in the lock up. 

He also mentioned about the inmates and how he would meet some people who did heinous crimes such as child rape or multiple murders!

Directed by Shahnawaz Ali, the film UT69 is set to release on November 3.
